Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Bullmarket Lifestyle LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website, subscribe to our free newsletter or become a member, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

Bullmarket Lifestyle LLC, 3833 Powerline Rd, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA, is responsible for your personal information (the “controller” under EU/UK data-protection law). Questions and requests: support@bullmarketlifestyle.com.

2. What we collect

Newsletter and Founding Member list

Your first name and email address, the form you signed up through (for example “Founding Member — Bullmarket Lifestyle”), the date and time of sign-up and confirmation, and the IP address used. We use double opt-in: you are only added after confirming via the link in our email.

Membership

Your name, email address, plan, billing period, subscription status, invoices and support messages. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

Contact

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Technical data

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. How we use it and why (legal bases)

  • Sending the newsletter and launch updates — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Providing your membership (account, access, billing, renewal reminders, support) — to perform our contract with you.
  • Security, fraud prevention and keeping the site running — our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service.
  • Accounting and tax records — to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers we use

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate agreements:

  • AWeber — email newsletter and Founding Member list.
  • Outseta — member accounts, login and subscription management.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Google / YouTube — video thumbnails and links to our YouTube channel, and web fonts. When these load, your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Once member login is available, we use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. Our providers may set cookies needed for their function (for example during checkout).

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers process data in the US and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as offered by our providers.

7. How long we keep it

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe (plus a short period to honour the opt-out).
  • Membership and billing data: for the duration of your membership and as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Support emails: as long as needed to handle your request.
  • Server logs: for a short period, typically no longer than 30 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

To exercise any right, email support@bullmarketlifestyle.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always shown on this page.
