1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Bullmarket Lifestyle LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 3833 Powerline Rd, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@bullmarketlifestyle.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase a membership.

3. What the Service is — and what it is not

Bullmarket Lifestyle is a publisher of general financial research, education and commentary on precious metals, mining companies, commodities, macroeconomics and selected equities. Our content is published on a regular schedule and is the same for every subscriber of a given plan. It is not tailored to the financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance of any individual.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and nothing in the Service is personalized investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Model portfolios, watchlists and price levels describe our analyst's own research view and are provided for informational and educational purposes. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Please read our Financial Disclaimer and Disclosure Policy.

4. Your account

Memberships are for one person. Your login is personal and may not be shared, resold or used by more than one individual. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Memberships, prices and billing

• Prices are shown in US dollars before purchase, together with the billing period (every six months or yearly). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Memberships are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Memberships renew automatically for the same billing period until you cancel. For yearly memberships we send a reminder before renewal.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment and subscription providers. We do not store your full card details.
• “Founding Member” prices are introductory prices for our first members. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will notify you by email in advance, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for. You can cancel before the new price applies.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in your account or by email to support@bullmarketlifestyle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. All sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except for verified billing errors such as duplicate charges. Details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Immediate access to digital content

Your membership gives you immediate access to digital content. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Content and intellectual property

All content in the Service — including research notes, videos, model portfolios, watchlists, letters and voice notes — is owned by Bullmarket Lifestyle LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, forward, publish, resell, record, scrape or otherwise redistribute member content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access content or accounts you are not entitled to, interfering with its security or operation, or posting unlawful, abusive or misleading content in any member Q&A or community features.

10. Third-party services

The Service links to or embeds third-party services (for example YouTube, our email provider and our payment providers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available and to publish on the schedule described for each plan, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid plan entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any investment result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullmarket Lifestyle LLC, its members, managers, employees and analysts are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including unauthorized redistribution of member content.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by sharing your account or redistributing content). In that case no refund is due.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Broward County, Florida, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. For material changes affecting paid members, we will notify you by email before they take effect.
