Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid memberships offered by Bullmarket Lifestyle LLC (“Bullmarket Lifestyle”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
In short: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. You can cancel at any time — your membership then simply does not renew, and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, in either of these ways:
- In your member account under Manage subscription, or
- By emailing support@bullmarketlifestyle.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Cancel membership”.
A cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (six months or one year). You keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. We confirm every cancellation by email.
2. Automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. The billing period and price are shown before you purchase. For yearly memberships we send a reminder email before the renewal date.
3. All sales are final — no refunds
Our memberships give you immediate access to digital research content. For this reason, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, unused time after a cancellation, or periods in which you did not use the service. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund of the current period.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged an amount that does not match the price you agreed to, contact us at support@bullmarketlifestyle.com. We will correct verified billing errors and refund the incorrect amount in full to the original payment method.
5. Goodwill exceptions
In exceptional circumstances we may, at our sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund or an account credit. Any such goodwill gesture is made case by case, does not create an entitlement for you or any other member, and does not change this policy.
6. Immediate access and the right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases: by completing your purchase you expressly request that access to the digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You confirm this at checkout. This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
7. Payment disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we usually resolve billing questions within two business days. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge may lead to suspension of your account.
8. Founding Member list
Joining the Founding Member list or the Private Investor Circle waitlist is free and involves no payment and no obligation.
